UPSC OTR Portal|UPSC One Time Registration Portal:The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has launched the ‘One Time Registration’ (OTR) platform on the Commission’s websites on 24×7 basis. The OTR service has been started with a view to facilitating the process of submission of applications by the aspirants of its Examinations, the Commission has said.
The aspirants, who wish to apply for any future UPSC exam, are required to register themselves on the OTR platform at upsconline.nic.in by filling up their basic personal information indicated therein. Once the registration of an aspirant is completed, the information will remain stored securely in the Commission’s servers.
UPSC One Time Registration
The UPSC has released an important update regarding the online application process for the various exams it conducts. This move is expected to ease the application process for the lakhs of aspirants who take the different exams every year including the IAS exam.The Commission has introduced the One Time Registration (OTR) system which simplifies online applications and decreases the time it takes for applicants to apply online
On registering for this, candidates will get a login account (UPSSSC OTR Registration Form). With the help of this, candidates will be able to login to their account on any recruitment exit and apply for the job according to their qualification. After this, by doing OTR registration, candidates will select the examination and will be able to apply by paying the prescribed examination fee.

UPSSSC PET Admit Card has been released on the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) at https://upsssc.gov.in/. Candidates who have applied for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2023 can download their admit cards by entering their registration number and date of birth.

How to pay the UPSC Exam application fee?
For Prelims and Mains, UPSC collects a small fee from candidates. Candidates can pay the UPSC Exam application fee in online or offline mode.
Online mode: Candidates can make online payment of application fee via Visa/ Master/ RuPay credit/ debit card or internet banking of SBI.
Offline mode: Candidates can make offline payment of application fees by paying cash at any branch of SBI. Applicants who opt for ‘Pay by Cash’ mode should print the system generated pay-in-slip during part II registration and deposit the fee at the counter of the SBI Branch on the next working day only. Candidates must note that the ‘Pay by Cash’ mode will be deactivated one day before the application process closes. However, candidates who have generated their pay-in-slip before the process is deactivated can make the payment at any SBI branch during banking hours on the closing date.
Preliminary Exam Fee: Rs. 100 for General/OBC Male Candidates
Mains Exam Fee: Rs. 200 for General/OBC Male Candidates
Note: Females/ SC/ ST/ Persons with Benchmark Disability are exempted from the payment of fees.
UPSC One Time Registration
The UPSC has launched the One Time Registration facility at its official websites: upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in.
- This facility enables aspiring UPSC candidates to save their personal and other relevant details on the websites and these will be stored by the portal for future reference and use.
- Until now, candidates taking up multiple exams had to apply online through the official websites of the UPSC and each time, they had to upload their personal details.
- Now, with this facility, candidates can save their personal details and retrieve it while applying for various exams.
- About 70% of the information now will be auto-populated through this facility.
- This not only saves time for the aspirants but also reduces the chance of errors while applying online.
- Documents also need to be uploaded only once.
- Aspirants can now register themselves on the OTR platform and this information will be saved by the Commission. The next time they are applying for any exam, this information will be used.

Can I register again for UPSC?
You will need to fill up the form once again and redo the entire process i.e. obtaining afresh RID by submitting the new application (Part-I Registration), fee payment (if applicable)and complete the Part-II application form as per instructions.
