Under the award package, Anundoram Borooah Award citation in form of a Certificate along with a Laptop Computer Internet Connectivity through 3G/4G device with 2 (Two) years subscriptions, Books on all subject as per NCERT course in PDF format and Digital Content (2D/3D Animation, Audio/Video ) for each stream and On-line Coaching and Score Improvement System (OLCSIS) for Science Students is considered.

Assam HSLC Toppers 2023 Prizes and Awards: Assam Cabinet has decided to award Rs 16000/- cash prize to students who have secured top ranks in Assam Class 10 Resutls 2023 announced today. The prize money will be given under the Anundoram Borooah Award 2023.
Assam State Government has announced some key changes to the Anundoram Borooah Award . In a recent cabinet meeting held on Tuesday, Assam State Government decided to change the awards and prizes being awarded to Assam HSLC Toppers 2022. Earlier, students who would secure top ranks in Assam Class 10 Results were to be given Laptops as reward for their good performance. However, in the latest cabinet meeting, the state government has decided to change the same to Rs 16000/- cash prize award.

Anandoram Borua Award Scheme (ARBAS) Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria for Anandoram Borua Laptop Award Scheme :-
- percentage and marks – Students must have passed 10th class with star marks or 75% marks in first class.
- board of Education All the students must have passed 10th class from the Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) of Assam.
Even the students of State Madrasa Education Board in Assam can also avail the benefits of ARBAS Scheme.

All the students who follow the above criteria can fill the online application for ARBAS scheme and have to upload the following documents:-
- HSLC or AHM pass certificate duly attested and countersigned by the Head of the Institute from where the applicant passed (PDF format).
- One self attested recent passport size photograph (JPG format) of the applicant.

Important Dates of Anundoram Borooah Laptop Award Scheme
The important dates must be remembered in regard to ARBAS Scheme:-
- Online Registrations for ARBAS Laptop Distribution Scheme starts on 6 November 2022 (tentative).
- Online Registrations for Anundoram Borooah Laptop Award Scheme ends on 25 November 2022 (tentative).
All qualifying students who are qualified to avail the award may register online through the portal http://arbas.assam.gov.in. The eligible candidates of Anundoram Borooah Award Scheme 2022 must complete their online registrations in this specified duration.
Eligibility Criteria of ARBAS
Qualification & Percentage: Students who have secured Star Marks or 75% or more in HSLC, Higher Madrassa and FM Examinations conducted by SEBA and State Madrassa Education Board, Assam are eligible to submit application for this scheme.
Passing Year: The student has to qualify his/her qualifying examination with the mentioned percentage in 2022.
Name of Board: Only those students who have passed their qualifying examination from SEBA and State Madrassa Education Board, Assam are eligible to submit application for this scheme.
