The Noida Authority has taken this decision in the 205th board meeting, held by Chairman Arvind Kumar.In the meeting, various decisions regarding policy related matters and people were taken yesterday. These include revision of land allotment rates, finalization of scheme brochure for Industrial, institutional (IT/ITES), group housing and residential properties to attract investment in the region.

The authority has readied 250 plots measuring 112 square metres (sqm) to 400sqm in Sector 151, adjacent to the Golf Course. It is also developing an 18-hole golf course along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway in Sector 151. The remaining 250 plots are located in already developed sectors.The Noida authority is set to introduce a residential plot scheme for residents who plan to build individual bungalows or villas. It will offer at least 500 plots from the well-developed sectors.

The authority has readied 250 plots measuring 112 square metres (sqm) to 400sqm in Sector 151, adjacent to the Golf Course. It is also developing an 18-hole golf course along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway in Sector 151. The remaining 250 plots are located in already developed sectors. These plots measure 250sqm, 300sqm and 450sqm and will be allotted after a competitive bidding that will be conducted online.

Whosoever places the highest bid for a plot will become eligible for the same, said officials.The 250 plots in Sector 151 have been carved out from government land that was acquired by the authority.

New Okhla Industrial Development Authority will launch an exquisite commercial plot scheme on 1st September 2022. The scheme Code is 2022-23 [Commercial Builder Plot-I] 

The commercial plots are available in Noida sector 25A, 33, 35, 40, 44, 50, 58, 62, 63, 65, 72, 73, 92, 93B, 94, 96, 105,108,120,121, 122, 126, 132, 135,142, 168, and hotel pocket at Noida Convention & Habitat Center, sector 94 Noida on E-auction basis.

In Sector 151, the reserve rate for the plots is ₹47,000 per sqm. In other parts of the city, the rates are in the range of ₹50,000 per sqm to ₹1.5 lakh per sqm, depending upon the sector.

This time, the Noida Authority has decided to increase the land rates by 20-30% for several categories, while the rates for the A+ category have remained unchanged at ₹1,75,000 per sq m.

It has hiked the prices of category A to D category by 20% and E category to ₹41,250 per sq m from earlier ₹36,200, along with an increase of 20% in group housing property rates.

The rates for industrial properties has been increased by 30% in phase 2, and 20% hike for phase 1 and 3 properties, that are not linked to residential areas. In September 2019, the property rates were increased only for Category E residential areas.

The residential plot scheme 2022 [I] will open on 05/09/2022 at 11:00 AM.

Interested parties can register on or before 30/09/2022 by 5:00 PM.

New Okhla Industrial Development Authority will launch a residential plot scheme 2022 [I] on 5th September 2022.

The residential plots are available in Noida sector 31,33,34,35, 43,44,47,51,52,105,108,93B,151.

For the first time, people will have the opportunity to buy residential plots in newly developed sector-151, on Noida Expressway.

The plots will be allotted via e-auction. 

Noida Authority has invited e-Bids for the allotment of these plots.

The YEIDA scheme can only be taken by applicants who qualify for the following points:

  • It is required that the applicant be a citizen of India. 
  • The applicant should not have previously been given any other plots or apartments at any point in time.
  • The applicant must be eligible to contract, have a clear head, and not be barred from doing business by any applicable laws in order to be considered. 
  • The applicant must be over the age of 18.
  • Only the applicant, his or her spouse, and any dependent children are eligible to submit an application for a plot or apartment.
