The biggie has already created much hype among movie lovers through its trailer, poster, and promotional activities.Directed and written by Anup Bhandari, it marks his third directorial venture after the critically acclaimed RangiTaranga and Rajaratha. Vikrant Rona will be released in six languages domestically, original version Kannada and dubbed versions Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
The film is produced by Shalini Jack Manju and Alankar Pandian under the banner Kichcha Creations, Shalini Arts and Invenio Films India. The team recently unveiled the list of worldwide distributors. Salman Khan Films Presents, PVR Pictures Distribution will distribute the Hindi version, while Yogish Dwarakihs Bungale’s OneTwenty & Media will look at the overseas market.

The advance bookings haven’t been opened yet, it is expected to start from July 22 onwards one week before the release of Vikrant Rona. Reportedly, it was supposed to be made on a budget of Rs 15 Cr, but the makers increased the budget to Rs 95 Cr, later on, owing to the scale of the film.

Vikrant Rona advance booking opened in Belur and Mysuru in Karnataka. Sri Renuka Talkies: Belur has opened its advance booking with 6 shows from morning 6.45 am till 9.45 pm. Surprisingly, all the 6 shows are 80 percent full already. The ticket price is 100 to 120 range in this theaters. More theaters in Belur city is yet to open the advance booking. On the other hand, Rajkamal Digital 2K Laser Projection: Mysore has opened the advance booking and so far alloted 3 shows with a price range from 150 to 200 rupees. It is one of the biggest and oldest single screen theatre in the Mysuru city. Other known theaters in Mysuru is yet to open the advances.
Well, Vikrant Rona Telugu version advance booking has opened as far as in 8 theaters and allotted multiple shows to it. Vikrant Rona Telugu 3D version has been added in only one theatre so far and that is Mahalaxmi Complex, Kothapeta: Hyderabad. The Tamil and Hindi versions of advance booking is yet to be opened in India so far.
