Yeida Plot Scheme 2022 Result
After almost eight months of launching a plot scheme, YEIDA just announced another plot housing scheme. The new plot scheme consists 477 plots, measuring 60 sqm to 2,000 sqm. The plots are located in Sectors 16, 17A, 18, 20 and 22D. YEIDA Plot Scheme 2022 will be open for applications from September 7 to October 7 2022. The allotments will be announced on November 15 through a draw.
There are different payment options available. While applying for the scheme on the official website, it is mandatory to deposit 10 percent of the total cost.In the allotment process, priority shall be given to those opting for a one-time payment. The next preference is for the ones paying 50 percent of the cost in one go, and the remaining amount in installments. The last preference is for applicants opting for 30 percent at once and 70 percent in installments.
