how to apply for compartment exam cbse|how to apply for cbse improvement exam:The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will begin the re-evaluation, photocopy, and verification of the answer sheet process for class 10th & 12 on May 16, 2023. This year, a total of 87.33 per cent of students have successfully cleared the examination. All those students who are not satisfied with their CBSE Class result can apply for revaluation and verification of their answer sheet.
CBSE 12th Compartment 2023 Exam
As per the latest updates, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the class 12th compartment exam dates. The board will conduct the exams in July and over 1 lakh students are expected to appear in CBSE Class 12 compartment exams. Meanwhile, CBSE class 12th results have been declared today i.e. May 12, 2023. Examinees can check out their scorecards on the official website- results.cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in. The overall pass percentage stands at 87.33%.
For all the students who are placed in the Supplementary category and for those who wish to improve their performance, the Supplementary examination will be conducted IN July, 2023. Dates will be announced soon. Supplementary examination will be held on the syllabus of Main Examination- 2023,” reads the official circular.
According to the data, over 1 lakh students are going to appear in class 12 supplementary examination. Students who have failed to score a minimum passing mark in one or two papers can appear for the compartment exam in July. The details for the compartment exam will be released soon on the official website.
CBSE 10th & 12th Result 2023 Revaluation Fee
If going by the last year’s trends, students who wish to apply for re-evaluation will have to pay a fee of Rs. 100 per question. Obtaining a photocopy of the mark sheet will cost Rs 700, while re-verification of the answer sheet will cost Rs 500. It should be noted that under no circumstances will the fee for re-evaluation or any other service be refunded. The photocopy of the evaluated answer script will be made available through the candidate’s login account.

- Visit the official website– cbse.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the “CBSE Class ” link.
- Select your Class and enter your roll number, 5-digit school number, and centre number.
- Now, click on proceed.
- Select the paper and pay the fee to complete the process.
- Download the confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.
