Under the YSR Rythu Bharosa – PM Kisan scheme, the AP State government gives financial assistance of Rs 13500 per year to eligible farmers in three different installments . The entire amount of Rs 13500 does not come via YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme alone, and as the name suggests, the direct cash transfer includes Rs 6000 annually assured to eligible farmers under PM KISAN Samman Nidhi Scheme (PM-KISAN). In other words, while Rs 7,500 comes from the state government, another Rs 6000 comes via PM KISAN scheme.
YSR Rythu Bharosa Payment Status
While AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy released the first tranche of Rs 5,500 on Rs 2000 would be credited under PM Kisan Scheme which is scheduled to be disbursed by the end of this month. For the fourth consecutive year in a row, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has credited Rs 3,758 crore as first tranche of YSR Rythu Bharosa, benefitting 50.10 lakh farmers.
The Chief Minister said that so far through the Rythu Bharosa scheme alone Rs 23,875 crore had been deposited directly in farmers’ accounts and Rs 1,10,093 crore was spent for farmers welfare through various schemes. Unlike the previous government which only spent Rs 782 crore towards zero interest crop loans, he said that the State government had paid Rs 1282 crore for zero-interest loans initiative.
Third Installment YSR Rythu Bharosa
As you all know that the government of Andhra Pradesh is providing Rs 13,500 every year to the farmers in order to help them to cope with the challenges that occur in farming under YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme. This amount will be given to the farmers for a period of 5 years. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has already provided Rs 7500 and Rs 4000 under the first and second installment respectively. This amount was given on 15th May and 27th October to the farmers of Andhra Pradesh. Now on 28 December, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy has deposited the amount of the 3rd installment which is Rs 2,000 into the account of 51.59 beneficiaries.

YSR Rythu Bharosa 2023-24
The Andhra Pradesh government has launched the YSR Rythu Bharosa 2023–24 scheme for farmers. In fact, I am telling you that through the scheme, which has been implemented by the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, such farmers who are landless or marginal farmers will receive monetary support.
The scheme aims to provide Rs 13,500 to each farmer in a financial year. Along with the YSR Rythu Bharosa 2023–24 scheme, 6,000 per annum is provided to the farmers of Andhra Pradesh under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi on behalf of the Central Government. Under this scheme, money is transferred directly to the farmers’ accounts through DBT.
According to the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme Payment for 2023–24, Rs 6750.67 crore was distributed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the second year, in which 49.40 lakh farmers received direct benefits, out of which Rs 3784.67 crore was distributed by the State Government and Rs 2966 crore was distributed by the Central Government under the PM Kisan Yojana.

The YSR Rythu Bharosa-PM Kisan Scheme for the financial year 2023–2024 has received 109.74 crore in funding from the chief minister, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. 1,46,324 tenant farmers from the SC, ST, BC, and minority populations would gain from this. - Only permanent residents residing in the state of Andhra Pradesh will be eligible to take advantage of this scheme.
- The applicant should be a farmer and should be associated with the agriculture sector, only then he will be eligible to take advantage of this scheme.
- Small marginal or agricultural tenants can also get benefits under this scheme by making their application.
- The farmer should have his own 5 acres of cultivable land, only then he will be able to take advantage of the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme.

When Rythu bharosa money will come?
